3D Design Build

Our 3D home designing software allows you to become involved in the home building process. We start with the discovery phase, during this meeting we will be able to establish your lifestyle to help develop an efficient budget concept design.  From finished cabinets, floors, and painted walls; our software will help you see your final product before it’s even started on. This way, we work out the kinks before a hammer is swung.  If you think the kitchen island is to big this is where we would decide to either move it, make it smaller, or get rid of it. You as the client have full control over the design and you get to make the decisions.

Our Building Process

  • First Step: Discovery

    One of our most favorite and exciting steps in building a custom home is the discovery and design phase.  This is where we will work with you, one-on-one to understand what your thoughts are on your new home and what your needs are.  We will collaborate with you on square footage, room spacing, design flow, and other important details concerning your new home.  We want to make sure everything fits your specific needs and this phase is where we get ALL of the information.

  • Second Step: Design

    This is the phase where we will show you with our 3D builder software what your new home will look like.  You will get a virtual tour of your new home and decide if you like the paint choices, cabinet selection, tile, etc.  This is the phase where your ideas come to life for you and your family.  We always love this phase because people new to this have a sort of “ah-ha” moment and you can sense the excitement!

  • Third Step: Pre-Construction

    This is where we will have you sign off on material selections, permits, paperwork, and other construction needs.  During this phase you will be able to start seeing your new custom home reality come just a little bit closer.  

  • Fourth Step: Construction

    This is the fun stage!  Your dreams and ideas really start to take shape, literally.  Foundation is laid and actual construction begins.  We focus on building your new home a sturdy foundation and move on to the layout of the home.  Once all the pieces are put together, inspections are done to make sure everything is perfect, and the final details are completed.  Our team of partners work together to build you the best home possible.

  • Fifth Step: Welcome Home!

    The final stage is when you are delivered the keys to your brand-new home build by S.A. Jones Construction.  Some tears may be shed but this is the moment we all wait for. The final product is ready for the homeowners to create lasting memories.  During this stage we are available for any questions new homeowners might have and minor repairs that might be needed are fixed.
